The ARM B9 S4 Downpipe is one of the best upgrades for the Audi 3.0T EA839  engine, found in the B9 S4 and S5! The ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe allows for more exhaust flow from the turbocharger which allows your 3.0T to spool faster, increasing throttle response, and boosting power and torque. On top of all of these performance benefits, the ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe upgrade opens up the sound of your 3.0T especially when paired with the ARM B9 Midpipes, giving you an incredible sound to match! 



The OEM 3.0T downpipe utilizes a large 800 cell catalyst that restricts vital airflow out of the engine. The ARM B9 S4 Downpipe replaces this restrictive section of the exhaust, allowing you to free up more power from your EA839!


A tune is not required to run the ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe, but pairing it with a tune will greatly increase the power and two of your 3.0T. 

Unlock the full potential of your 3.0T setup by pairing the ARM B9 Downpipe with the ARM B9 3" Midpipes. On their own, each gives you a boost in power and sound, but if you're looking to get the most out of your B9 setup, pairing them together will perform and sound incredible. These two parts replace the biggest restrictions in the stock B9 exhaust setup, helping your turbo spool faster, your exhaust flow more freely, and your car sound much more aggressive—all while retaining your factory exhaust valves. Built to fit perfectly and work in sync, the ARM B9 Downpipe and Midpipes combination delivers the ideal setup for your EA839.

CONSTRUCTION

 The ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe upgrade starts at the turbocharger where we have a precision CNC machined turbo flange to match the OEM turbo, or any turbo upgrade that fits the OEM downpipe. From there the ARM B9 S4 Downpipe has a massive 6.5" section to maximize exhaust flow straight off the turbo, which then transitions to a Y-section. 


The Y-section on the ARM B9 S4 Downpipe starts at a healthy 3.5", and then steps down to gradually to match the OEM midpipe flanges.  The midpipe flanges on the ARM B9 S4 Downpipe are precision cut and designed to match up to either the OEM B9 midpipes, or the ARM B9 Midpipes.  Pairing the ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe with the ARM B9 Midpipes creates an exotic and intoxicating exhaust note that will leave you grinning ear to ear.

The ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe comes with 2x midpipe gaskets and hardware for these flanges.
